DAMASCUS --- March 5, 2009 --- The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International (TAGI) – Damascus office, a member of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), received a thank you letter from Syrian Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (HIAST) for its professional auditing services of PROMED Access project.
PROMED is a project run by HIAST in cooperation with the European Union as part of the Sixth Framework Program (FP6).
In his thank you letter, HIAST Manager, Dr. Wayel Khansah, highly commended TAGI’s efforts and efficient services.
HIAST, established in 1983, aims at qualifying personnel in order to conduct scientific and technological research in all applied sciences and technology fields, so they can actively participate in the scientific and economic process in Syria. Engineering at HIAST forms the core of preparing specialized cadre.
