(Amman-Alghad) The Jordanian Securities Commission will host today the corporate governance forum for a two day period with the calibration of the International Financial Committee (IFC) and the World Bank. The conference aims at tackling various corporate governance issues in the Arab World and South African. Further, representatives from the Arab and foreign countries will attend the meeting. Additionally to delegates representing Amman Stock Exchange, Central Bank, World Bank and delegates from the Organization for Economic C-operation and Development (OECD).
The forum will focus on reviewing the current corporate governance standards and to discuses the development and implementation of the standards in the Arab region and South Africa.
