AMMAN --- April 8, 2010 --- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) and Karinca Business and Management Consultancy have recently signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement that will include establishing a joint team to identify future business opportunities.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which covers business opportunities in investment projects, consultancy services and training in Turkiye or in any Arab country, was signed by TAG-Org Executive Director Mr. Afif Assaf and Karinca General Manager Mr. Idris Can Koç.
“We highly regard our cooperation with our Turkish counterparts as a step forward for a better future and believe that its outcome will positively affect our businesses,” Mr. Assaf said.
From his part, Mr. Idris Can Koç expressed his satisfaction with the signing of the MoU following the cooperation agreement which was signed by Karinca YMM and Karinca SMMM Companies, a group of the most prestigious Turkish accounting and auditing firms last October.
“This ongoing cooperation with Tag-Org will benefit not only our two firms but also will boost our economies by exploring business investment opportunities in Turkiye and the Arab states,” Mr. Koç said.
Last October, the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International (TAGI) signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with Karinca YMM and Karinca SMMM Companies which grants the Turkish companies the right to use TAGI trademark in marketing and performing auditing, consulting and taxation assignments in Turkiye, Europe and Central Asia.
