The International Accounting Standards Board met in London on July 18, 2006 for a period of four days. They discussed business and accounting issues, some of the topics which were discussed are: Business Combinations, Insurance, Accounting Standards for Small and Medium-Sized Entities, IAS 37 Redeliberations, Proposed Amendments to IFRS 2, Conceptual Framework, Revenue Recognition, Short-term Convergence: Segment Reporting, Short-term Convergence: Joint ventures, and Consolidations.
