AMMAN- The Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA JORDAN) released on October 22, 2007 the Arabic translated version of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 2007.
The handbook includes the following:

In addition to four new (IFRIC) Interpretations International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee:
- IFRIC 9 Reassessment of Embedded Derivatives o
- IFRIC 10 Interim Financial Reporting and Impairment
- IFRIC 11 IFRS 2 —Group and Treasury Share Transactions
- IFRIC 12 Service Concession Arrangements.
- IAS 14 has been superseded by IFRS 8.
ASCA works toward developing the accounting and management sciences and improving the quality of the profession by publishing accountancy materials, and by staying up-to-date with the new accounting and auditing standards.
