NEW YORK– The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) announced on December 7, 2007 that it has developed a database that enables professional accountants to locate third-party translations of its pronouncements in more than 30 languages.
This initiative is the first of a number of ways in which IFAC is working to make its standards and guidance available to the widest international audience
The translation is available on the IFAC website at http://www.ifac.org/translations.
IFAC is the worldwide organization for the accountancy profession dedicated to serve the public interest by strengthening the profession and contributing to the development of strong international economies.
